However, what we mostly take pride in, is our devotion to keep our customers satisfied. So, even if you need to return, for any reason, a full order, or a product, we are here to help.
We kindly remind you that before any return you should have first contacted the Olive Spa Online Sales department. You have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving the products, explaining in detail the reason for return. Olive Spa might ask for additional information and/or photos or other evidence of the product/s to be returned.
If upon delivery you check the parcel and realize that it is damaged or in bad condition, you have the right to deny the reception and you should contact Olive Spa to let us know about it. Your signature means that everything was alright when the parcel was delivered. The courier company bears no responsibility after you sign the proof of delivery. The parcels are being picked up at our premises in excellent condition.
If, however a product arrives well in its external package but is open or damaged inside, please contact us, so that we arrange its replacement and/or refund.
In case that the product has been opened/used, please be informed that it cannot be returned. Olive Spa accepts returns of non-opened or used products, accompanied by the purchase receipt.
