Olive Spa checks, places, and seals the products in special protective packaging to ensure that they will reach their destination in excellent condition. Certain transportation restrictions apply for sprays as they are not allowed as air cargo and therefore, they are deliverable only within Greece and the EU by road transport.
All orders placed until 13:00 are being shipped on the same or latest on the next business day. Orders that are paid by bank transfer shipped after the transaction is complete and the payment is confirmed in the bank account of Olive Spa.
All shipments are being registered with a tracking number which is sent to the customer on the day of dispatch.
